Filling the space where birth and bereavement meet
When a family recieves the devestating news that their baby will be born sleeping, in any trimester, there are many decisions they must make and resources they may need. As a Stillbirthday certified doula, let me come alongside you during this journey to provide you with the love and support you will need as you work to bring your baby into your arms. Whether you prefer in-person support or phone/email only contact, I can support you before, during and after the birth of your baby. I will provide you with the information and resources you may need to make the best decisions for you and your baby as well as the physical and emotional support you will need as grieving parents.
I am terribly sorry for the circumstance that has led you here. Because this is a difficult time in your lives as parents and you may encounter some unexpected expenses, I will provide this support free of charge. I do this in memory of my angel babies, born sleeping on September 2, 2013 and March 8, 2014. I provide this type of support to families experiencing fertility struggles, miscarriage, multiples pregnancy in which one or more of the babies has recieved a fatal diagnosis, NICU grief, and stillbirth.

Doula to Doula Support
I provide back-up bereavement support to local doulas. If your client is or has lost their baby and you are unsure how to support them, I can come along side you during this difficult time and help you guide them through this time. I do not take over your role as doula, I will simply be present either physically or by phone so that you may draw from my knowledge and experience of supporting birth in any trimester and outcome.
I can also provide you with bereavement support. A client's loss can be difficult on the birth workers involved and it's important to allow yourself the time and space to grieve and process these births. For this reason, I am always available to support you through these difficult times.
